Scope of Services. Through this Site, Apex Gloss Detailing markets and arranges Mobile Auto Detailing, Auto Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Mobile Detailing, Auto Detailing Company, Auto Detailer, Full Detail Package. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://apexglossdetailingca.com is the property of Apex Gloss Detailing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

No Warranties. Apex Gloss Detailing disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Apex Gloss Detailing arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Apex Gloss Detailing against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
Term Changes. Apex Gloss Detailing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
